Uva Manto Negro
Peak seasonThe harvest of the native Manto Negro grape, heart of the D.O. Binissalem, is done by hand in September. Some producers allow visitors to join.

Dryland Pepper (pebre de tap de cortí)
Peak seasonThe native pepper that is dried to make the paprika that gives sobrassada its colour and flavour. Without it, there is no true Mallorcan sobrassada.
Also available
