An authentic spot
The ruins of an 18th-century Trappist monastery in a scrubland setting with direct views of Sa Dragonera and the open sea. The route from Sant Elm climbs through traditional dry-stone walled paths. One of the least crowded corners of the south-west.
💡 Before you go
Start in Sant Elm; 2.5 km of uphill. Bring water. In summer the heat is extreme — best before 9 am or at dusk.

Start at the Sant Elm car park (Andratx). Drive from Andratx (8 km).
