About this tradition
On the third Saturday of October, the Carro Triomfal of Santa Catalina Thomàs parades through Palma. The tradition dates to 1792, after the beatification of the only saint born in Mallorca. Declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Mallorca in 2025.
