About this tradition
Lloseta's main festival, around the Ayamans palace and the image of the patron saint. September in the Raiguer, with the Serra alongside and the whole village out in the street.
History & origin
Lloseta grew around the possessió and the palace of the counts of Aiamans, lords of the place for centuries. The image of the Mare de Déu de Lloseta, Gothic in style, is venerated in the parish church and is the centre of the village's identity.
How it is celebrated
Processó with the image, ball dels cossiers when the year allows, verbenes and the traditional pregó. The palace garden opens for some events.
