About this tradition
Patron saint celebrations of Cala Rajada, the fishing and tourist port of Capdepera. Sant Bartomeu (24 August) is the patron of the village, with Sant Roc (16 August) his inseparable companion. The festivities fill the harbour with music, traditional dancing, habaneras and all-night celebrations.

Habaneras with cremat (flamed rum with lemon and cinnamon), fresh fish from the port.
