About this dish
The star dish of the Mallorcan autumn: grilled or baked mahi-mahi (llampuga) fillets, served with roasted red peppers seasoned with garlic and olive oil. Llampuga is caught off the Llevant coast from September to November using traditional llüts boats and ceramic gerra traps.
