About this dish
Mallorcan digestive liqueur made by macerating aromatic herbs (fennel, mint, rosemary, rue, thyme, anise...) in spirits. Sweet (dolça) and dry (seca) versions. The traditional aperitif and digestif of the island, served chilled in a shot glass.
