Artisan cheese made from Mallorcan sheep milk, goat or cow milk, produced in various municipalities. Available in fresh (fresc), semi-cured and aged (vell) versions. Not to be confused with the Mahón-Menorca PDO cheese — Mallorcan cheese does not yet have its own consolidated PDO.
