About this dish
Mallorcan blood sausage made with pig's blood, meat, spices and aromatic herbs. Unlike mainland morcilla it contains neither onion nor rice. Eaten grilled over the foguerons during the Sant Antoni and Sant Sebastià festivals. One of the star products of the matances.
